In this episode, I am joined by an old friend, David Goldstein. David is currently the General Manager for the NPSL club, Atlantic City. David has a very unique story. After being forced to end his playing career due to a series of concussions, he began coaching.
He started his coaching career at Princeton to eventually working his way to a General Manager position with Atlantic City. A very unique story indeed, hope you enjoy!

In this episode, I am joined by Tormenta FC (USL) Goalkeeper Coach, Nick Jaramillo. Nick has a very unique career path. Having never played the Goalkeeper position and attending one year of college, Nick worked his way into being an assistant and eventually working his way up to where he is today. I really enjoyed getting to hear this story and it will provide tons of value for any coaches/aspiring coaches.

Maxx Wurzburger joins me today to talk about his playing & coaching career at Montclair State University (MSU). At MSU, Maxx was a standout 2x All-conference player and a four-year starter. He was also part of teams that made the NCAA Final Four and Elite Eight and won the NJAC Championship.
We dive into Maxx's head coaching experience at 25 and his successful time with that. Maxx is currently an Assistant Coach at Recruiting Coordinator Montclair State where they most recently finished in the Elite Eight in 2019.

In this episode, I am joined by Quinn Khouri. Quinn is the current Head Coach at Marriotts Ridge High School in Howard County, MD as well as the DOC at Thunder Soccer Club.
We dive into our playing days together at Centenary talking about why our teams succeeded, but also why we failed. We reflect on why teams can have that "championship hangover" and how to avoid it. Quinn holds Centenary's records in points, goals and 3rd all-time in Assists.
We also discuss how Quinn has used what he has learned from his playing days to create a winning culture at his high school.

The greatest leader in Centenary Men's Soccer history; Reid led the Cyclones to their first ever conference championship in 2013. Reid now lends his talents to the Farleigh Dickinson (Florham) Men's Soccer team as an assistant coach.
