Jon Busch is currently the GK Coach for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds. Jon enjoyed an incredible 21 year professional playing career with 15 of those years in the MLS. Busch was also named 2008 Goalkeeper of the year in the MLS. This conversation dives into his playing/coaching career as well as battling adversity during three different injuries.

Erica Suter is a passionate Youth Speed, Agility, Strength and Conditioning Coach in Tampa, Florida and online, who has been working with athletes for ten years in performance enhancement. She is also author of The Strong Female Athlete book, which is a science-based and experience-based text with a fresh, novel approach for youth female athletes to improve speed, reduce injury, and increase strength.

James currently serves as the Women’s U17 Head Coach and the Girls Emerging Talent (ETP) National Coordinator. James has been working for the FAI since February 2008. In his role as Women’s U17 Head Coach, he oversees the identification and development of players to play in the WU17 International Team that plays in the WU17 UEFA competitions each season. In his role of the Girls ETP National Coordinator he oversees the development of players from ages U11 to U15.  James directly runs the Girls Centre of Excellence (COE) program that has approx. 500 players and 70 staff.

This conversation talks about James' development as a coach as well as his roles in developing Ireland's best youth players to make the National Team.

Jessica currently serves as director of coaching/director of soccer at South Shore Select. She is the former associate head coach at Boston University (2008-2014, 2022). Jessica was also head coach at Fordham University (2014 - 2021)
